Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content published on tylers.ae infringes upon your copyright, you may send us a formal DMCA Takedown Notice. Please ensure your notice includes all the following elements.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clearly describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Include specific details like the title, author, and any registration numbers.
- Identification of the Allegedly Infringing Material: Provide the specific URL(s) on tylers.ae where the infringing material is located. We need enough information to locate the content quickly.
- Your Contact Information: Include your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A Statement of Good Faith Belief: State that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A Statement of Accuracy: Declare that the information in your notice is accurate. State that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, is required.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Tyler’s will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will then notify the user who posted the material about the claim.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright infringement claim.
- Identification of the Removed Material: List the specific material that was removed or to which access was disabled. Provide the URL(s) where the material appeared before its removal.
- Your Contact Information: Include your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A Statement of Good Faith Belief: State that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Tyler’s may be found). You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature is required.

Tyler’s will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party. The removed material may be restored between 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction against the user.

Repeat Infringer Policy
